48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations or changes to your booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or service. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer the slot to other clients. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will result in a lost of deposit.
